What began as a single carpentry bench serving neighbourhood families has grown into a studio of forty karigars, many of them third-generation woodworkers. The tools have modernised; the standards have not.

We still season our timber for months, still cut mortise-and-tenon joints by hand, and still rub in seven coats of low-VOC polish so the grain shows through rather than hides under lacquer.
